I just wanted to drop you a line and say thank you for all of your help on the purchase of our home.  Being in the mortgage industry I have met many realtors and find it hard to trust most of them, but right away I could tell you were not one of those realtors.  Being the realtor for both the buyer and seller, to me has always been a conflict of interest and I have never liked the idea of it because I feel one side or the other is going to get the shorter stick, you have changed my mind to that concept.  You preformed better than most realtors I know who are only handling one side of the transaction.  I feel you represented the seller and us with as much zeal and integrity as if you were only representing us.  It is hard to find an honest realtor whose true concern is making sure the transaction goes through smoothly instead of how much the deal is going to line his or her pocket book.  I could tell throughout the entire process you were more concerned with making sure the property was ready for us to move into and all things were fixed and up to code than closing the deal faster to get your money and I really appreciate that.  I know when dealing with the public you never get much praise for the good things you do and you always hear the bad from the people who are upset so I just once again wanted to say thank you for being a good person and a great realtor.
